Amtrak train crashes into a car in Chester

I shared with King that my own sister got stuck in the same manner years ago at that same crossing. This was actually the second train that came. There was the first one that I was trying to get across. The arms had come down and then went back up and that is actually when I got stuck, explained King. When the arms had come back up, I went over there and tried for a few minutes to get my car unstuck and I was unsuccessful. According to King, she then sat there not knowing what to do when the railroad crossing lights started shining.
