Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - Twenty-five new cases of COVID-19 were reported in Juneau for July 27 and 28. All but one are residents. The one non-resident is a visitor. The City and Borough of Juneau reports that two resident clusters have been identified. One is associated with a private organization and the other with a restaurant. There are 108 active cases in Juneau. Throughout the state, 526 people were identified with COVID-19 on the 27th and 28th. Two more deaths were also reported. Both are male residents in their 70s, one from Soldotna and one from Anchorage. The state death count is now 379.
