Betyeman, 56, of Bridgewater Township, was charged with reckless vehicular homicide, strict liability vehicular homicide and two charges of hindering apprehension or prosecution, according to a joint statement from the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office and the Raritan Borough Police Department. The crash happened on Sept. 18, 2020 when Betyeman was driving a a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado east on Old York Road and fatally struck Celeste Andresen, 60, of San Manuel, Arizona, police said.
