A man has been charged with a woman s murder 23 years after she was set on fire in Weston-super-Mare.
Detectives from Avon and Somerset Police s Major Crime Investigation Team charged Steven Paul Craig, 57, of Brailsford Crescent, York with murdering Jacqueline Kirk last night (Thursday, June 3).
Jacqueline was set on fire in Weston-super-Mare 23 years ago.
She died in August 2019 at 62-years-old, 21 years after the incident.
