(Robinson Kuntz/Daily Republic) Future of Solano regional park less clear to start 2021 FAIRFIELD Solano County was, at the very least, moving forward on the concept of a regional park when the curtain rose on 2020. Just two months earlier the Board of Supervisors had accepted the Initial Administrative and Financing Plan for the proposed Solano County Park and Open Space District, and a line of supporters was forming. There were still a lot of questions, and some who believed it was not as high of a priority, but there was progress.
