The company has reported EPS of Rs.17.29 for the period ended December 31, 2020 as compared to Rs.17.25 for the period ended September 30, 2020.
Solara Active Pharma Sciences Limited to acquire balance 10.77% stake in Sequent Penems Pvt Ltd

The Board of Solara Active Pharma Sciences Limited at its meeting held today (February 3, 2021) has approved to acquire additional share capital in Sequent Penems Private Limited (SPPL), subsidiary company of Solara.
Currently Solara holds 89.23% of SPPL and it is proposed to acquire remaining 10.77% to make it as a wholly owned subsidiary.
Shares of Solara Active Pharma Sciences Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1458.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1494.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14280 in over 1617 trades.
Healthcare stocks were trading with losses, with the S&P BSE Healthcare index falling 335.03 points or 1.6% at 20648.41 at 13:48 IST. Among the components of the S&P BSE Healthcare index, Dr Reddys Laboratories Ltd (down 3.9%), Dishman Carbogen Amcis Ltd (down 3.87%),Granules India Ltd (down 3.8%),Piramal Enterprises Ltd (down 3.44%),Aurobindo Pharma Ltd (down 3.21%), were the top losers. Among the other losers were ERIS Lifesciences Ltd (down 2.91%), Lupin Ltd (down 2.88%), Neuland Laboratories Ltd (down 2.58%), Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd (down 2.44%), and Syngene International Ltd (down 2.42%). On the other hand, Solara Active Pharma Sciences Ltd (up 8.5%), Aster DM Healthcare Ltd (up 3.65%), and Gufic BioSciences Ltd (up 2.54%) moved up.
