TPCC president and Nalgonda MP N. Uttam Kumar Reddy has expressed his displeasure that even after 18 months of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Bibinagar being sanctioned, the in-patient facility could not be created.
Speaking in Parliament during the Question Hour on Friday, he said that the Government of India announced with a lot of fanfare that ₹1,028 crore were being sanctioned in 2018 but only ₹22.7 crore has actually been spent. Even as of today only a few out-patients were being treated at the proposed AIIMS facility.

Hyderabad: Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) President & Nalgonda MP Capt. N. Uttam Kumar Reddy has alleged that people in Huzurnagar are suspecting that a principal aide of Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao and TRS MP Santosh Kumar were helping the land mafia.
“People are wondering with such a huge uproar against grabbing government and Tribal lands, why is that the district and State administration maintaining complete silence on the issue. TRS councilors and other party men themselves are alleging that government and Tribal lands worth hundreds of crores were forcibly being grabbed by unscrupulous elements in Huzurnagar,” he said.

Hyderabad (Telangana) [India], February 8 (ANI): TelanganaCongress unit has urged Rahul Gandhi to take over as party chief again.
According to TelanganaCongress functionaries, the presidents of all the 33 District Congress Committees (DCCs) in the state on Sunday passed a unanimous resolution urging Gandhi to become AICC president.
The unanimous resolution was passed in a meeting attended by all the 33 DCC presidents in the presence of AICCTelangana in-charge and Member of Parliament Manickam Tagore, Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee president N Uttam Kumar Reddy, Congress Legislative Party leader Bhatti Vikrarmarka and other senior AICC and TPCC leaders in Khammam district.
