March 6, 2021 at 1 p.m. Eastern Time, Penn State University will host its 11th annual TEDxPSU event, a virtual conference for students, faculty, and the community. This year, our conference theme “Time To Pause” reminds us to pause our bustling lives and reflect on new ideas, encourage new perspectives, and take a moment to appreciate the little things in life. With the pause of life that COVID-19 has brought, this theme feels more fitting than ever, and there’s never been a better time to sit back and challenge your mind.
Even though we can’t be together in Schwab Auditorium this year, you can attend our free conference at watch.psu.edu/TEDxPSU to listen to our engaging and exciting speakers. On February 13, we had the privilege to pre-record speakers in Schwab Auditorium and it was a success! HUB-Robeson Galleries holds two virtual events around mindfulness

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The HUB-Robeson Galleries are have partnered with the Jana Marie Foundation and the Center for the Performing Arts to present Breathe Together, a series of virtual events that remind us of the importance of taking deep breaths and connecting with ourselves and others. Through the power of dialogue, mindfulness, and creative expression this workshop series creates a space to spark conversations, build connections, and promote mental well-being. Come for one workshop or both, workshops will be held Feb. 2 and Feb. 9, 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Register for Breathe Together.
