(CNSNews.com) - Seven Republican U.S. senators and four senators-elect are calling on Congress to approve a special 10-day audit of the election returns from states with disputed returns and will withhold their votes for accepting the Electoral College returns from those states “unless and until that emergency audit is completed.”
The seven senators include Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), James Lankford (R-Okla.), Steve Daines (R-Mont.), John Kennedy (R-La.), Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.), and Mike Braun (R-Ind.). The four senators-elect are Cynthia Lummis (R-Wyo.), Roger Marshall (R-Kan.), Bill Hagerty (R-Tenn.), and Tommy Tuberville (R-Ala.).

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) â Tennessee Senator Marsha Blackburn and Senator-elect Bill Hagerty have joined a coalition of Republican senators to oppose the Electoral College s presidential election results, Blackburn and Hagerty announced today.
Blackburn and Hagerty join nine other Republican senators and senators-elect in the vote to oppose the 2020 election. In addition to Blackburn and Hagerty, the group comprises Senators Ted Cruz (RâTexas), Ron Johnson (RâWis.), John Kennedy (RâLa.), Mike Braun (RâInd.), Steve Daines (R-Mont.), James Lankford (RâOkla.) and Senators-elect Cynthia Lummis (RâWyo.), Tommy Tuberville (RâAla.) and Roger Marshall (RâKan.).

INDIANAPOLIS Indiana Senator Mike Braun released a statement Saturday ahead of the joint legislative session Jan. 6 showing he intends to join follow Republicans in rejecting the Electoral College results from disputed states.
