Here are some highlights: Chart attack The total revenue reported by the FP500 as a group was $2.26 trillion, down from last year’s total of $2.39 trillion, for an average of $4.52 billion, compared to $4.78 billion a year ago and $4.67 billion a year ago. The average profit by the 397 corporations reporting such figures was $315.8 million, well down from $467 million reported a year ago, with 116 reporting a loss. The average value of assets at the 424 companies reporting them was $33.2 billion, compared to $29 billion last year, though both numbers are heavily skewed by the Big Five banks.
