Directs for strict adherence to schedule, maintain 24/7 customer care service
JAMMU: Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, Baseer Ahmad Khan, Thursday while conducting a surprise visit to receiving stations and central workshop of Jammu division issued several instructions to officers of Power Development Department for effective regulation of power supply and further streamlining the system.
During his visit to the receiving stations, he directed the officers to strictly adhere to the schedule already announced for both rural and urban areas and no unscheduled power cuts should take place. Healso directed them for stepping up enforcement drives to reduce power pilferage and seizure of banned equipments and maintain proper record of that on daily basis.
