The trailer was gifted to Scott a few months ago by her church, Hood United Methodist Church. She mulled over the different ways she could use the trailer to help the unsheltered community, like possibly a mobile shower unit or an outreach trailer. But after years of volunteering with the homeless, Scott decided to use the trailer to create a program that could really make a difference in people s lives.  After being unsheltered for three, four, or five years, some of them longer, the habits that they ve developed are really, really ingrained in them, she said. I decided that I would make it a food trailer, and I would use it as a learning facility.
