January 1999 Tell us a little about yourself I am 46 years old and graduated from Illinois College in 1997 and the Illinois State Police Academy in 1999. I am married to Olivia Mefford, who is also a police officer with the Jacksonville Police Department. I have two children, Myah, 11, and Brandon, 8. We love to do things as a family and enjoy the outdoors. We enjoy hosting foreign exchange students and have had more than 20 kids from all over the world stay with us.
