DUNMORE, Pa. Hitting the road for a living trucking officials call their industry a stable and growing one, and they are looking to hire women in particular.
They are reaching out to those looking to start a career or those who may have lost their other jobs during this pandemic.

The death has occurred of Tom WHITE Glendarough, Templeglantine, Limerick who passed away peacefully on Tuesday January 19th 2021 at University Hospital Kerry, surrounded by his family.
Tom, husband of the late Peg, is very sadly missed by his loving sons Tom and Pat, daughter Lucy (Geoghegan), son-in-law John, daughters-in-law Katie and Tara, grandchildren Ricky, T.J., Grace, Sinéad, Margaret and Aisling, great-grand-daughter Lucy, brother Paddy, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Canadian mineral exploration and development company Buchans Resources has entered into a collaboration agreement with Boliden Mineral AB, a European-based mining and metals producer.
Under the agreement, Boliden will evaluate Buchans’ wholly-owned Buchans volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) base metals property in central Newfoundland, 56 km southeast of Deer Lake.

“We are very pleased to sign this collaboration agreement with Boliden that will combine our company’s in-depth, hands-on, knowledge of the historic Buchans camp with Boliden’s experience and technological expertise in near-mine exploration for VMS base metal deposits,” John Kearney, Buchans’ chairman and CEO, said in a press release.

Canadian mineral exploration and development company Buchans Resources has entered into a collaboration agreement with Boliden Mineral AB, a European-based mining and metals producer.
Under the agreement, Boliden will evaluate Buchans’ wholly-owned Buchans volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) base metals property in central Newfoundland, 56 km southeast of Deer Lake.
The agreement is “a little like an engagement to see if the parties are compatible before they get married,” says John Kearney, Buchans’ chairman and CEO.
“Boliden has extensive experience of developing VMS deposits with very similar geology to that found in Newfoundland, and so are uniquely qualified to help us advance the Buchans VMS project,” he said in an interview.
