Those with specific health conditions will be exempt. Masks will also be required on all school buses. KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The Blue Valley School District will not require masks for students and staff at this point. This comes after Johnson County Health Department last Friday updated its guidance for COVID-19 policies in schools, recommending the requirement of masks for students who aren t fully vaccinated.
