The right spot just happened to be on a Hawaii-bound flight in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. The right time just happened to be when a fellow traveler went into labor in the airplane bathroom.
Johnson County moves to mask recommendation instead of requirement

KANSAS CITY, Mo. â The Johnson County Board of Commissioners voted Thursday morning to drop the county s mask requirement.
A resolution on the board s agenda proposed a change in the health guidelines from a mask requirement to a mask recommendation.
It passed in a vote of 5-1, with Commissioner Charlotte O Hara as the only no vote.
Under the change, businesses can decide whether or not to require patrons and employees to wear masks.
The county s current public health order is set to expire on April 30. The new recommendation goes into effect at 12:01 a.m. on May 1.
Olathe Public Schools holding COVID-19 vaccine clinics for students 16, older

KANSAS CITY, Mo. â The Olathe Public School district is holding a vaccine clinic for students in the district who are 16 or older.
In an email to parents it announced its partnering with the Johnson County Department of Health and Environment, Childrenâs Mercy and Heart to Heart International to conduct the clinic.
The clinic will be for a Pfizer vaccine. Students will receive their first vaccine on May 1 and their second on May 22.
Students interested will receive both doses at the district s Mill Creek Campus located at 300 E. Loula St. in Olathe. The clinics will run from 10 a.m to 3 p.m.
