3:15 p.m. COVID-19 deaths rise by 132 across Florida, 15 in area
The Florida Department of Health again added more than 100 coronavirus deaths in Sunday s daily report, listing 132 more fatalities from COVID-19, with 10 in Duval County.
The statewide death toll, which surpassed 25,000 last week, now stands at 25,693, including 25,293 Florida residents.
Duval County began a new week with 10 more deaths, after reporting 63 lives lost to COVID-19 during last week s reports. That total included 40 dead in last Tuesday s health department report, the county s highest single-day toll to date.
Also recording more deaths were St. Johns County, with three, and Putnam County, with two, as the regional toll increased to 1,474 since the beginning of the pandemic in Florida. | Read more

The Florida Department of Health reported 156 more deaths across the state in Monday s report on the coronavirus pandemic, while Duval County added eight more COVID-19 fatalities as a deadly month continued in Jacksonville.
To date, the health department has recorded 25,849 fatalities across the state, including 25,446 among Florida residents. Duval County, which added more than 60 COVID-19 deaths last week, reported eight more fatalities Monday although it is not yet certain when these deaths actually occurred. Pinellas County, with 28 newly-listed deaths, and Palm Beach County, with 25, recorded particularly heavy tolls.
