Poll: Georgia GOP Candidates Lead, Women Split on January Vote

A poll from All in Together, in partnership with Lake Research and Emerson College Polling, has found that women voters in Georgia are split on who to vote for in the January runoff elections.
The overall survey of 605 registered Georgia voters, which included responses from 332 women, found Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) leading her Democrat challenger Raphael Warnock 51 percent to 48 percent and Sen. David Perdue (R-GA) leading Democrat Jon Ossoff with the same percentage, a three point lead for both Republican candidates.
Women who took part in the poll are evenly split in both races as 50 percent said they voted for or plan to vote for Ossoff and 49 percent side with Perdue. As for Loeffler, 50 percent said they have voted for her or plan to while 49 percent support Warnock.

The wife of Georgia Democrat Senate candidate Rev. Raphael Warnock told police in March that her husband is a “great actor” and “phenomenal at putting on a really good show” in bodycam footage revealed Tuesday on
Tucker Carlson Tonight.
Ouleye Ndoye made her comments to Atlanta police right after a domestic dispute in March in which she accused Warnock of running over her foot with a car, according to a police report first obtained by the
Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Warnock denied the accusation at the time, and a medical examiner later said Ndoye’s foot did not show signs of injury.

Warnock is accused of running over his wife’s foot with a car in the footage. Oulèye Ndoye, who has been estranged from Warnock, tearfully accuses Warnock of abusive behavior, explaining that she’s been “very quiet” about the way he acts on account of Warnock’s Senate campaign.
Ndoye accused Warnock of speeding over her foot as he left her residence with the couple’s children. Warnock denied the allegation. Ndoye recieved treatment at a Georgia hospital, and no charges were filed against Warnock, who was already running for Senate at the time police responded to the call in March.

ATLANTA The lesser followed and unverified Twitter account of Georgia Democrat Senate candidate Rev. Raphael Warnock contained a now-deleted tweet bashing “white Christians of Alabama” the day before Alabama’s 2017 special election featuring candidates Roy Moore and Doug Jones.
In the tweet from Warnock’s second Twitter account, the Georgia Democrat accuses white Christian Alabamians specifically of being less virtuous than “the average atheist” on December 11, 2017, citing Republican Senate candidate Moore.
The tweet is no longer visible on Warnock’s Twitter account but appears in an Internet archive:
