According to Yahoo, Warnock is now under investigation by the Georgia State Election Board for violating state election rules while chairman of the New Georgia Project in 2019, a group that was founded by Stacy Abrams. The State Election Board has referred the matter to the Attorney General’s Office in Georgia. Apparently the problem includes allegedly illegally submitting 1,268 applications to the Gwinnett County elections office past the required the ten-day deadline in 2019.
The New Georgia Project was already under investigation which was announced in December by Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, alleging that they “sought to register ineligible, out-of-state or deceased voters.” Ah, so you mean, typical Democratic voters, eh?
The Georgia State Election Board will continue an investigation into Democratic Sen. Raphael Warnock for his work with a voter registration group founded by Stacey Abrams.

ATLANTA (WALB) - The Georgia State Election Board on Wednesday referred 35 cases of election-law violations to the attorney general or local district attorneys for criminal prosecution.
âElection fraud is not tolerated in Georgia. When there is evidence of it, the people responsible face prosecution,â said Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, chairman of the five-member board. âGeorgia has multiple safeguards in place that allow our team of investigators to discover fraudulent voting. They worked to catch the wrongdoing in these cases, and they maintain the security of Georgia elections.â
Despite long odds, Democrats say they are holding out hope that former President Donald Trump will be convicted when the Senate votes on whether he incited the Jan. 6 Capitol attack.
