Vaco subsidiary MorganFranklin Consulting has added Ferdinand Hamada as managing director to its cybersecurity practice.
The addition follows Brentwood-based Vaco s acquisition of MorganFranklin in 2019. Based in Washington D.C., Morgan Franklin focuses on finance and technology management and advisory services.
Hamada (pictured) brings more than 20 years of experience in cybersecurity and technology transformation within the life sciences space, according to a release.
Previously, he served as vice president of IT and chief information security officer at Catalent Pharma Solutions. Hamada also worked for more than 10 years at KPMG Consulting, focusing on IT advisory for pharmaceutical clients. He began his career in various IT positions at Cardinal Health and Merck.
