The family of
Johnny Bolton, a Georgia man who was fatally shot during the execution of a no-knock warrant, is demanding answers months after his death. Bolton, who was 49 years old, was shot and killed in the early hours of December 17, 2020, while Cobb County police officers attempted to serve a drug search warrant. Months later, his family is looking for justice.
“He hasn’t met my child and they took that away from him,” his daughter,
Atlanta Journal-Constitution. “We just need answers and we want justice.” Bolton, a father and grandfather, didn’t have the chance to meet his granddaughter before his death.

CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga.
UPDATE: Wednesday afternoon, 11Alive obtained the Clayton County Police report from the day the body was found. The report suggested there were signs of a suicide. However, authorities have not positively identified the body yet. An autopsy is being conducted by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.

The mother of a missing Clayton County woman is hopeful but heartbroken after police told her they found her daughter s identification near a decomposed body in Stockbridge on Sunday.
Ember Stubb was last seen at Deercreek Mobile Home Park in Stockbridge on March 19. According to neighbors, the 22-year-old has not been seen at her home for weeks.
