McDONOUGH â The Henry County school board has been designated exemplary by the Georgia School Boards Association.
In addition, the Henry BOE was also named a finalist for Large System Governance Team of the Year by the GSBA.

District officials said the recognitions further validate the board is âsucceeding in its role to provide students, staff and families with opportunities and access to a high-quality education which will result in exceptional outcomes.â
