A4656/S2963, a proposed New Jersey state bill to authorize the creation of local civilian review boards to review police operations and conduct. Mapp, a Black mayor who is running for re-election, declared and discussed his support for the legislation in a testimony for a state legislative hearing held virtually this morning.
