Picture: Buckingham Palace/PA Wire At the beginning of the year I wrote to HM The Queen, Prince Charles, Prince William and the Prime Minister asking if the NHS could be rewarded with the George Cross, recognising the hard work and dedication during the pandemic to protect us all. I received letters from the Queen, Prince Charles and Prince William thanking me for my kind thoughts and suggestion to award the NHS during the current situation.
