MANCHESTER, England, April 22, 2021 /PRNewswire/ InXpress Holdings Ltd., a software-enabled global franchisor of transportation and logistics services, today announced it named four senior executives to its Board of Directors: Omar Simmons, Executive Chairman of one of the largest Planet Fitness franchise and Managing Director at Exaltare Capital Partners; Arnold Goldberg, former Senior Vice President and Senior Product Technologist at PayPal; Brendan Mulryan, Vice President at Etsy; and Jan Uhrich, former VP Services at Dell.
The new directors add complementary skills to reinforce InXpress s long-term commitment to provide world-class transportation and logistics solutions to small and medium sized businesses.
RIYADH: A US-Saudi program at one of America’s top universities has been helping women leaders around the world, the co-founder told Arab News.
Qiyadat Global-Georgetown was launched in November to teach women in the Middle East, North Africa and G20 countries the fundamentals of strategic leadership.
The program is taught remotely by the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and is a collaboration with the Qiyadat Global program in Saudi Arabia.
Since its launch there have been about 1,300 applicants and more than 200 graduates.
“We are bringing women together and letting them think together regardless of their color, race, language or geographical location. We are happy that we’re able to deliver this virtually, but it is amazing to see women literally from every continent,” Nouf Abdullah Al-Rakan, founder and executive director of Qiyadat Global-Georgetown told Arab News.

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Feb. 4, 2021 /PRNewswire/ Duke Energy today said it will elevate Melissa Seixas to serve as president of Duke Energy Florida, effective Feb. 16. Currently vice president government and community relations for Duke Energy Florida, Seixas will succeed Catherine Stempien, who is leaving at the end of February for a position outside of the company.
Seixas, 55, will lead the company s work with customers, employees, policymakers and others to advance the clean energy vision for the state, expand electrification efforts, and focus on strategic philanthropic initiatives and community relations. She will have responsibility for managing state and local regulatory and government relations across the Sunshine State.
