CONWAY, S.C. (WMBF) – A woman has been charged after police say she falsely reported a hostage situation last weekend in Conway.
Officers were called to reports of a possible hostage/kidnapping situation Saturday at a home on James Avenue, according to information from Conway police.
The suspect, identified as 28-year-old Angelic Marie Goodale, reportedly told dispatch her friend was being held against her will inside the home.

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) - A Georgia man is now in custody after a shooting at a Myrtle Beach bar late Wednesday night, according to police.
A police report states officers were called to Magoo’s Sports and Spirits in Myrtle Beach at around 11:45 p.m. Authorities found the victim inside the bar with a gunshot wound to the stomach. Several people were attempting to help the victim stay awake, while a woman held pressure where the wound was. The victim was later taken to the hospital.
Police arrested a fourth person in connection to a Conway shooting in September that left two people hurt.
Reginald Evans, Jr., 19, of Conway, was booked into J. Reuben Long Detention Center just after 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, according to online jail records. Evans faces five counts of attempted murder.
The shooting took place on the 1100 block of Boundary Street in Conway Sept. 22.
Police said Evans is one of three people accused of firing into a vehicle and apartment. Two people in the apartment were shot. Both of them survived.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol arrested 22-year-old Perry Taylor of Conway in connection to the case Nov. 24. Taylor is also charged with five counts of attempted murder. Taylor was denied bond, records show.Â

CONWAY, S.C. (WMBF) - A fourth suspect has been arrested in connection to a shooting that left two people hurt in Conway earlier this year.
Jail records show Regenald Evans Jr. was taken into custody Wednesday. He had been wanted in connection to a September shooting on the 1100 block of Boundary Street, according to the Conway Police Department.
Police said shots were fired into an apartment and a vehicle parked in front of the residence on Sept. 22. Two people inside the apartment were injured in the gunfire.

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) – A Horry County man was taken into custody this week on over a dozen counts connected to the sexual exploitation of minors.
According to information from the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office, 31-year-old Anthony Carlo Colarusso was arrested Dec. 16 on three counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and 13 counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
Investigators received a CyberTipline report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, which led them to Colarusso, a press release state.
