Guwahati (Assam) [India], April 21 (ANI): Suspected United Liberation Front of Asom (ULFA) leaders have abducted three employees of the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) from a rig site at the Lakwa field in Assam s Sivasagar district, Superintendent of Police (SP) Amitava Sinha said.
The abducted employees identified as Mohini Mohan Gogoi (Junior Technician), Ritul Saikia (Junior Technician) and Alakesh Saikia (Junior Engineering Assistant.)
All of them were Assamese and an investigation into the matter has initiated, said the SP.
The incident took place in the early hours of Wednesday at a rig site in the Lakwa field.

In Sivasagar District, AssamThree employees, two Junior Technicians (Production) and a Junior Engineering Assistant of Oil & Natural Gas Corpn (ONGC) have been abducted by unknown armed miscreants in the early hours of 21 April 2021. The abduction took place on a rig site of ONGC in Lakwa field of Sivasagar District.
The abducted employees were taken by the miscreants in an operational vehicle belonging to ONGC. Later, the vehicle was found abandoned near the Nimonagarh jungles close to the Assam-Nagaland border.
A complaint has been lodged by ONGC with the local police. Higher officials of the State Police are on the site. Local administration has been informed about the incident and ONGC is in constant touch with the higher authorities.

IOCL Recruitment 2021: Age Criteria And Fees
Desirous candidates applying for IOCL Non-Executive Jobs 2021 through IOCL Recruitment 2021 must have attained 18 years of age and not have exceeded 26 years as on January 31, 2021 with relaxation (upper age limit) up to 3 years (OBC-NCL) and 5 years (SC/ST) respectively as specified in the IOCL Recruitment Notification 2021.
Candidates must remit a prescribed amount of Rs. 150 (Gen/OBC/EWS) as application fee for IOCL Non-Executive Jobs 2020 under IOCL Recruitment 2021 through online SBI Collect mode only. However, SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from payment of Application as mentioned in the IOCL Recruitment Notification 2021 given at the end of the article.
