In the poll conducted by the Ipsos-Peru company, 18 percent of respondents said they would vote blank or spoil the ballot in the April 11 general elections. The undecided make up 10 percent for a total of 28 percent, 10 more than the candidate with the largerst preference, the neo-liberal former soccer player George Forsyth, from the Victoria Nacional party.
