Dog poop on Colorado trails still a big problem — The Know

2 Shares Ten years after Jefferson County Animal Control mounted a campaign called “There is no Poop Fairy,” bags filled with dog poop left by visitors in Jeffco Open Space parks for others to dispose of properly remain a problem that frustrates visitors and rangers. Animal behavior can be a lot easier to understand.  And few things baffle her more among all of the weird things in a park system that attracts 7 million people a year than when people leave bags filled with dog poop along trails for someone else to pick up.

Celeste is also friendly, and her coloring is stunning, which goes with her sweet personality. If you are the right match for Celeste, her adoption fee at PAWS Adoption Center in Anna is $100. Archie is a male Hound-mix who is about 2-years-old. He likes to walk and play, but he also enjoys being petted and fed as well. If you would like to meet Archie, he s up for adoption at the Wayne County Humane Society in Fairfield.
