Jefferson County sheriff s deputy sentenced in burglary Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul made the announcement on Tuesday, Jan. 26. The sentence was ordered on each of the three counts Gericke pleaded guilty to, all running concurrently. “The crimes committed in this case were violations of the public trust,” said AG Kaul. “Thank you to those at Wisconsin DOJ and the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office who secured justice for the victims of these crimes and the residents of Jefferson County.” CBS 58 reported in 2019 that Gericke had been employed by the sheriff s office since February 2016, and was assigned to the jail division. She was fired after being charged with felony burglary in December 2019.

WATERTOWN — Cynthia D. Locklear, 45, of 903 Water St., was charged by city police Saturday with fourth-degree grand larceny. According to police records, on Jan. 12, Ms. Locklear took a Watertown Savings Bank debit card, belonging to Autumn Deegan, from the pharmacy counter of the Washington Street Kinney Drugs. She then concealed the card in her own wallet. Ms. Locklear was arrested, processed and released with an appearance ticket returnable to the Watertown City Court. Dustin J. Pridell, 33, of 1620 Huntington St., Apt. B5, was charged by city police Saturday with second-degree harassment. According to police records, Mr. Pridell is accused of harassing Darianne M. Robinson. He was arrested at 9:33 a.m. at his residence. City police did not provide more information on the nature of the incident.
