PINE BLUFF, Ark. It s hard to believe it s been a year since the COVID-19 pandemic began. One year ago today, we all came into work like it was any other day, Brian Thomas, CEO of Jefferson Regional Medical Center said. Today is certainly a day of reflection, honor, and celebration of a year that will undoubtedly be etched in history with all of us.

The Arkansas Department of Health reported 130 new COVID-19 cases and 19 more deaths. There are 130 new COVID-19 cases in Arkansas. Our active cases continue to decline with nearly 900 fewer than last week. On the vaccination front, we still have open slots in some rural areas. Please sign up when it is your turn, Gov. The Arkansas Department of Health reported 314 new COVID-19 cases and 18 more deaths. There are 314 new COVID-19 cases in Arkansas. On February 13, we had over 950 new cases with a similar amount of testing to today’s report. We did over 20,000 vaccinations yesterday. This highlights how far we’ve come in just one month, Gov. Hutchinson said on Saturday.
