Russian Embassy explains entry restrictions in Singapore
The country is off-limits to foreigners without a residence or long-term stay permit, according to the diplomatic mission

SINGAPORE, January 29. /TASS/. The Russian diplomatic mission in Singapore explained the terms of entry to the waterlocked state Friday. According to the embassy, there are some restrictions that also cover transit.
