Shayna Palmieri, 31, of Toms River got out of her vehicle at the Wawa on Brick Boulevard around 11:30 am, police said, and got into the car of Dandre Tubbs, 33, of Toms River which is where a drug deal then took place. Police pulled them over and found 200 wax folds of Heroin and 10 Xanax pills. Palmieri is being charged with possession with intent to distribute heroin and possession of heroin and paraphernalia.
