Christopher M. Quinn, 42, of Jerseyville, was charged March 5 with criminal sexual assault, a Class 1 felony. According to court documents, on Feb. 23 Quinn allegedly sexually assaulted a 13-year-old minor. Bail was set at $300,000. In a separate case, Joshua T. McEuen, 34, of Elsah, was charged March 1 with possession of firearm with FOID revoked, a Class 3 felony.
