Governor Murphy Announces Nominations for Port Authority of New York and New Jersey Board of Commissioners
TRENTON – Governor Murphy today announced his intent to nominate Michelle Richardson, Dana Martinotti, and Robert Menendez, Jr. to the Board of Commissioners of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. The Governor also announced his intent to re-nominate Commissioner Kevin McCabe.
“It is my pleasure to nominate this group of experienced and capable professionals to the Board of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey,”
said Governor Murphy. “I know that Michelle, Dana, and Rob will continue and build upon the great work that Kevin and the other Commissioners have done over the years.”

I received the emails that I was approved but did not receive any of the money for those weeks of unemployment until January of 2021 when it suddenly showed up in my account. New weekly jobless claims have surged week over week as the state pushes past 246,000 people that have been claiming jobless benefits for more than a year, according to state and federal labor officials.
Data released April 8 by the federal Department of Labor show that 18,470 people in New Jersey filed for unemployment the week ending April 3, compared to 16,728 people the prior week.
According to the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, weekly claims hit an all-time low on the week of March 6, when just 9,840 people filed for unemployment.
