Wilson allegedly agreed to bring condoms if he intended to engage in sexual intercourse with the children. He had condoms and more than $500 in cash in his possession when he was arrested.

It is alleged that he knowingly filed multiple claims for unemployment insurance between July 2010 and January 2017, despite the fact that he was employed throughout that time period and not eligible to receive unemployment benefits. As a result of the alleged fraudulent claims, a total of $96,437 in unemployment benefits were direct-deposited into his personal bank account.
