The Old English Sheepdog is among seven dog breeds now at risk of extinction, with registration numbers of the famous breed falling to the lowest in 60 years.
One of Britain s most recognisable breeds, the iconic Dulux dog has been classed as vulnerable for the first time ever by The Kennel Club, receiving just 227 puppy registrations in 2020. This past weekend, a news crew spotted a dog that was reported as kidnapped from its owner after they were filming at the scene, according to WHDH.com.
On Friday, the dog s owner called Cambridge police and reported his 13-month-old German Short Haired Pointer as missing. 7News showed up to cover the story later that day. While they were filming, they saw a dog fitting his description, stopped the man that was walking him, and called the cops. The man walking the dog said that it all was a misunderstanding.

7News reporter Juliana Mazza was covering the story of a stolen dog in Cambridge on Saturday when she and her photographer spotted something a man walking nearby with the missing pup.
Cambridge police said a man broke into a car parked near 620 Memorial Drive just after 12:30 p.m. on Friday, stealing a 13-month-old white German Shorthaired Pointer from the vehicle. Surveillance cameras then captured the suspect walking the dog, named Titus, over the Boston University Bridge into Boston.
