The National Weather Service reports that another winter storm system will be rolling in early tonight, with another significant accumulation of snow, sleet and possibly freezing rain across the Midsouth through Thursday. Temperatures are not expected to get above freezing until Saturday.
Shelby County Schools is in session virtually. The Germantown School District is also virtual-only. The other municipal school districts in Shelby County are closed.
Two Warming Centers: Hollywood Community Center, 1560 N. Hollywood St. in North Memphis and Ruth Tate Senior Center, 1620 Marjorie St. in South Memphis.
The Shelby County Health Department closed vaccine locations today and will make an announcement at 2 p.m. today about the status of vaccine sites Thursday.
