BILOXI, Miss. (WLOX) - The Lemoyne Plazaâs parking lot became gleefully packed today with people both young and old eager to meet Jason David Frank. Frank made his debut as the infamous green ranger from the 1990s hit TV-series âThe Power Rangers.â
Frank, who is both a martial artist and community activist, noticed how small businesses were impacted being impacted by COVID-19.
Since the COVID-19 has came around instead of coming to conventions which has been nonexistence lately he comes to comic shops to kind of help saves the local business,â said Alarm Comic manager Jason Quaregna. âHe wants to meet his fans and in doing so basically Brings attention to the community.â

Power Rangers lineup have gotten to relive their childhood memories thanks to BOOM! Studios’
Mighty Morphin Power Rangers comic book series. After 55 issues, the series finally came to an end last fall. However, BOOM! has announced plans to commemorate its historic run by bundling these stories together in a colorful package. The publisher has just launched a new Kickstarter campaign to collect its
Power Rangers series in six limited-edition hardcover volumes.
The hardcovers include all 55 issues of the main series, plus assorted tie-in issues from other series like
Go-Go Power Rangers. Readers can order the books individually or purchase one of three different complete editions exclusive to the campaign.
