Article content LONG OVERDUE Regarding the ticketed cyclist, my thinking is it’s about time. The letter writer seems to be under the impression that cyclists carry insurance and his rates will go up. Never heard of a cyclist with insurance, but that’s a great idea. Many cyclists follow the law when it suits them from my observations, and as your comment indicates, rarely are accountable.
