NOW CITY HEALTH OFFICIALS AR CONSIDERING THE POTENTIAL OF A CURFEW. 9:30 P.M. THEY ARGUE THE CURFEW AND RESTRICTIONS IN MASSACHUSETTS WILL DRIVE PEOPLE NORTH. DIR.
