JONES COUNTY, Miss. (WHLT) – Jones County deputies are searching for a man and a woman in connection to the sexual battery of a three-year-old child.
Nichole Harris, 25, and her ex-boyfriend, 26-year-old Bill N. Saul, are both wanted on sexual battery charges. The case involved Harris’ child. According to investigators, Harris is also facing a charge of Felony Child Abuse against this same child.
Jones County Sheriff Joe Berlin said, “This is the second case this week where a mother and a boyfriend or ex-boyfriend have committed unspeakable crimes against their own children. What possesses someone to do what they are alleged to have done to these children is beyond me and my investigators. It absolutely makes you sick to your stomach.”

JONES COUNTY, Miss. (WDAM) - Two suspects are wanted in Jones County following an armed carjacking that happened Saturday.
According to the Jones County Sheriffâs Department, 26-year-old Latray White and 21-year-old Tryeese Smith are wanted for the armed carjacking that took place on Hales Road north of Sandersville.
Both suspects are âconsidered armed and dangerousâ by JCSD.

JONES COUNTY, Miss. (WDAM) - The Jones County Sheriff’s Department is searching for a man wanted for a Wednesday morning shooting that left a man hospitalized.
The sheriff’s department said Jarvis Richardson is wanted for aggravated assault in a shooting on Bimaka Drive in the Pendorff community.
A male victim was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound to the stomach.

JONES COUNTY, Miss. (WDAM) - The Jones County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a teenage girl who reportedly ran away from home nearly three months ago.
The sheriff’s office said 16-year-old Jamiya McNeal was last seen Nov. 13, 2020 at her home on Tuckers Crossing Road.
Investigators believe Jamiya could be in Meridian or elsewhere in Lauderdale County.
