Visiting the Sixth Mechanised Royal Guard Battalion, one of the units of the Eastern Military Zone, Hunieti said that the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army (JAF) is moving forward in conducting its duties, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported on Wednesday. The army chief listened to a briefing from the commander of the unit on its functions and training, in addition to its future plans. Huneiti also attended a drill by the battalion simulating real-case scenarios, such as border infiltration and smuggling.
