Man in court on alleged child sexual assault charges A Fermanagh man is set to face trial in relation to a number of charges of sexual activity with a child. The man who cannot be identified to protect the identity of the victim appeared at Enniskillen Magistrates Court on Monday, February 1. The defendant faces two charges of rape of a child under 13 years of age, two charges of causing or inciting a child under 13 to engage in sexual activity, sexual assault of a child under 13 years of age and sexual activity by a non-adult with a child. The prosecution told the court they believed there was a prima facie case to answer and District Judge Steven Keown was satisfied there was a case to answer.
