KSTP Created: July 04, 2021 09:39 PM The body of a 28-year-old man was recovered from Lake Marion in Lakeville on Sunday evening after an apparent drowning. The Dakota County Sheriff s Office said around 7:42 p.m., witnesses reported that a man had been missing for about two hours and was last seen on an inflatable device near Antlers Park beach. The sheriff s office and the Lakeville Fire Department began a search. Using a drone, the fire department was able to find the victim submerged in 4 feet of water. Around 8:47 p.m., emergency responders pulled the victim s body from the water.  The victim s identity is being withheld pending family notification.
