Closures will be in effect until January 25.
Residents who are looking to make payments to the municipality can drop off a cheque or cash to the drop boxes outside of City Hall and Frankford Municipal Office.
The City will be issuing refunds for those what had booked out municipal spaces during the lockdown, like the arena.
Those who require licensing services will have to book an appointment ahead of time by visiting the website or calling the municipality directly.
Burn permits can be purchased and issued using our online portal: qw.burnpermits.com/.

Starting Thursday, Dec. 24, City Hall and the Frankford Municipal office will be closed to the public. Residents are encouraged to visit quintewest.ca for information about online payment options.
