BRADFORD has been ranked among the top 10 worst cities for winter driving, according to a survey. Research from breakdown cover specialists MotorEasy reveals the cities in the UK that are the worst for winter driving accidents. Using data from Department for Transport, MotorEasy revealed that Glasgow was the worst city in the UK for winter driving, with 38 per cent of all road accidents in 2015-19 being ice or snow related. Bradford is in eight place with 1,221 accidents in winter between 2015 and 2019, with 23.4 per cent of all accidents in this same period. Leeds was sixth with 2,154 accidents in winter and 25 per cent of all road accidents in 2015-19 being ice or snow related.
