Man, 37, found dead in cell at Dauphin County Prison

A 37-year-old man was pronounced dead early Wednesday at the Dauphin County Prison. He is the second inmate to die in less than two months, authorities said.
The man was found tied to his bedding around 3 a.m., according to a Dauphin County news release. The release said it appears the man hanged himself. The Dauphin County Coroner’s Office pronounced him dead at the scene.
The county identified him as Kyle Joseph Nadwodny, who listed an address in the Linglestown area. He was charged with 25 counts of disseminating photographs or film of child sex acts, 31 counts of possession of child pornography, and criminal use of communication facility. His bond was set at $150,000, which he could not post when he was arrested May 5.

The death of a 47-year-old man whose body was found late last month near a Swatara Township sewage pumping station has been ruled accidental, police said.
James Roberts, of York, was found dead at 10:12 a.m. near the sewage station on the 1700 block of Highland Street, authorities said.
The Dauphin County Coroner’s Office said his cause of death is pending; however, Roberts’ death was accidental and no foul play was involved, according to police.
Police said there is no threat to the public because of this incident.
