Jeremy’s WWE NXT Review 7.20.21
Hello there, NXT fans! It’s Tuesday evening, which means it’s time for another episode of NXT also known as the place where Karrion Kross DOESN’T get pinned in a squash by a midcard babyface who was on a losing streak and puts their feet on the ropes to win! I’m Jeremy Thomas, as usual, and tonight we have a real big show with fallout from Kross’ attack on Samoa Joe last week, Raquel Gonzalez defending the NXT Women’s Championship against Xia Li, Franky Monet back in action, and more! There’s a lot going on so without further ado, let’s get right into it.
NXT is officially shifting stations for its next two episodes.
WWE confirmed tonight that NXT will air on Syfy for each of the next two weeks. Those are the Tuesday, July 27 and Tuesday, August 3 episodes of the show. The episodes will air on Syfy at NXT s usual start time of 8 p.m. Eastern.
Both episodes will be taped in advance. WWE is holding tapings for the episodes at the Capitol Wrestling Center in Orlando, Florida tomorrow (Wednesday, July 21).
The change is due to there being a scheduling conflict with the Olympics airing on USA Network.
Three matches have been announced for next Tuesday s NXT. They are:

Charlotte Flair Reveals Her WWE Divas Title Belt Is Missing Posted By: Ben Jordan Kerin on Jul 07, 2021
WWE Superstar Charlotte Flair has revealed that in moving home a couple of years ago her Divas Championship title was misplaced and she wants it back.
Flair was the last woman to hold the WWE Divas Championship before the title was retired and the women s title introduced.
During an interview on Week In Geek Radio Show, Flair urged whoever has it to ship it back to her. Two years ago, or maybe a little over two years ago, I moved back from North Carolina to Florida and I had the Divas Championship packed in a box and that box is gone. So whoever has it, please give it back or ship it back. That’s been the one piece that went missing that I miss.
The XFL will not be returning to our screen until spring 2023.
In a statement, the company announced the league will commence in spring 2023 having had its 2020 relaunch cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Not long after the pandemic outbreak, the company went into bankruptcy and CEO Vince McMahon sold the XFL to an investment group headed up by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson in the summer of 2020.
Statement: While our discussions with the CFL did not ultimately lead to a collaboration, the effort reinforced our belief and commitment to developing the XFL for international spring football. We look forward to seeing everyone for kickoff in spring of 2023.
