Hargrove Engineers + Constructors leased 18,900 square feet at 12000 Aerospace Ave. in the Clear Lake area. Matthew Asvestas of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, Gemini Rosemont Commercial Real Estate. Charlie Neuhaus of NAI Partners represented the tenant. With the full-floor deal, the 80,000-square-foot building is 100 percent leased.

WAUKESHA, WI Jet s Pizza is expanding its presence in Wisconsin with an additional location in Waukesha. Transwestern Real Estate Services announced Jet s Pizza has leased 1,500 square feet of retail space at 530 W. Sunset Dr. in Waukesha, according to a news release.
The pizza place has 7 locations in Wisconsin including Brookfield, West Allis, and Milwaukee.
Jet s Pizza was founded in 1978 by Eugene Jetts. Along with his brother and partner John, they opened the doors to Jetts Party Shoppe & Pizzeria in Sterling Heights, Michigan.
The Richardsonian Romanesque style building was built in 1892 and served as the Stephen F. Austin Elementary School until 1977. Famed golfer Ben Hogan and actress Ginger Rogers both attended the school.
After purchasing the building in 1980, Williamson-Dickie Manufacturing Co. renovated the space to use as its corporate headquarters until 2020, when the company moved to its current headquarters at 509 West Vickery Boulevard.
The site was rebranded as The Schoolhouse on Lipscomb, and it was named to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 1983. This history-rich building offers a one-of-a-kind chance to lease a beautifully designed space in a submarket that has seen incredible growth in recent years, Whit Kelly said. Cadence Bank has signed a long-term, 82,215-square-foot lease at Park Towers at 1333 West Loop South.Transwestern Real Estate Services
Cadence Bank will move its headquarters to the renovated Park Towers at Loop 610 and Post Oak Boulevard in a long-term lease that will place the bank s name on the building, according to Transwestern Real Estate Services.
The bank signed a lease for 82,215 square feet of space at 1333 W. Loop South, one of twin 18-story towers acquired by Los Angeles-based Regent Properties in 2019. The bank, and its holding company Cadence Bancorporation, will move from Williams Tower, next to the Galleria.
